Manuel Lobeira, CEO of ACORDE, takes part in Mutua Montañesa’s “From Strategy to Excellence” event

Manuel Lobeira, CEO of ACORDE, took part today in “From Strategy to Excellence” (“De la estrategia a la excelencia”), an event organized by Mutua Montañesa to present its new Strategic Plan, “Impacto MM 2030”.

Lobeira joined the panel discussion on the power of transformational leadership, alongside Félix Rubial Bernárdez, Managing Director of Hospital Valdecilla, and Alberto Martínez Lebeña, Managing Director of Mutua Montañesa. The three executives shared their views on the role of leadership in transforming organizations, drawing on fields as diverse as healthcare, the mutual sector and technology.
